PAYMENT:  ICE accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal.

WHOLESALE ORDERS:  ICE is an Importer/Distributor and sells primarily to Wholesalers, Sub-Distributors, Fixed Location Retailers and Internet Sellers. To avoid payment of Ohio Sales Tax, you must provide a valid State Resale Tax Certificate, Seller’s Permit or Sales and Use Tax License.  Our minimum order is $100 before shipping and taxes. A $10 fee will be assessed for orders under $100.  Cancelled or Refused Orders: Subject to administration and restocking fee of 25%.  For quantity discounts, no mix and match of styles/colors /sizes.  Quantity discounts are offered for one sku/size/color.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We offer 15 days return policy on our products except for our Famous Maker Stud Earrings to which we have an exclusive offer of 90 day return policy. For these stud earrings, you can return all or part to receive a full refund of any that are returned. 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, just call 800-443-8223 to arrange a return of your purchase.

Returns

• Upon receiving your purchase and inspecting it, if you are unsatisfied, please let us know. You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your purchase to notify us that you would like to return any or all items you received.
• To be eligible for a return, any product you return must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• Buyer will incur return shipping charges unless item(s) being returned are damaged or incorrect.
• Once your return shipment has been received, we will inspect it and notify you. When your return is approved, we will proceed, at your request, with sending replacements or issuing a credit against future purchases, or processing a refund.

Refunds

• If your return has been approved and you wish to receive a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
