International Crystal Exchange hereafter referred to as ICE normally ship within 1-2 days of receipt of order and credit card verification.  We offer certain assembly options and if elected may take an additional 1-3 days to ship. We will determine the most efficient/cost effective method to ship unless you specify in the instructions area of the shopping cart that you have a need for a specific method of shipping.  We normally ship via USPS or FedEx.  If you want your order to specifically go to a P.O. Box please specify that in your instructions as FedEx does not deliver to Post Office Boxes and the order will be returned and then re-shipped at additional expense to the customer.  We cannot guarantee a delivery date once the order has been shipped but we will supply you with a tracking number.  If you require express service, then call 800-443-8223 immediately after you place your order (or next business day if order placed after 9-5 M-F (EST) for additional shipping charge.

SHIPPING CHARGES:  ICE ships against the following rate chart.  This chart is based on the average charge for each order value and is based on our discounted rates with FedEx and USPS.  Orders for large quantities of our 3938 Gazing Balls or 3940 Bubble Balls may (or may not) require an additional shipping charge.  In such case, customer will be contacted before any such shipment is made.
